In this vibrant and beautiful season, our 2023 fresh graduates gathered for a grand summer event, heading to Xishan Island on Taihu Lake in Suzhou, and embarking on a team-building journey titled „Riding the Waves, Forging Ahead.
More than Fresh Graduate participated in this team-building activity, guided by the core values of „Customer Success, Talent Respect, Open Innovation, and Collaborative Win-Win.” During the event, various cultural shaping activities were conducted to help newcomers understand the company culture, integrate into the team faster, and strengthen team cohesion.
Six teams, with members working together to create their team name, team flag, and battle cry, fostering familiarity with each other through continuous communication and forming a strong sense of teamwork.

Gathered together, working hard together, the newcomers compete passionately in the dragon boat race, drumming and paddling with courage to strive for the lead. In the BINGO challenge, they brainstorm and continuously break through limits. Together, they draw a blueprint, portraying the future with their creativity.
